Capabilities
DCCA provides flexible, modular, Web-driven commerce solutions using HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, XML, and ActiveX. Additional capabilities include:

• Web site requirements collection, analysis, design, and implementation.
• End-to-end design and development of custom Web sites for data dissemination, customer support, and end user training.
• Graphics and Web page design and development using products such as Adobe, Macromedia, and Microsoft.
• Microsoft Visual Studio package applications using Visual Basic, Visual Studio.Net, Visual SourceSafe, and IBM Websphere.
• Web-based and electronic business solutions development on Windows, IBM MVS and OS/390, and UNIX-based platforms.
• Database-enabled Web applications using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, SAS, DB2, Sybase, MySQL, and Model 204.
• Web-based documentation providing dynamic content for increased usability and multimedia design to support intranet Web sites and application distribution.
• Web application hosting at DCCA facilities on dedicated and secure Web servers.

Project Experience
Examples of DCCA Web experience include the following:

• Internet Web browser interfaces linked through application servers to restructured database.
• Web-based applications with GUI interface, help screens, full documentation (e.g., training guides,  specifications, and operational guides), and rapid development and enhancements.
• Prototype Web-based tracking system development for feasibility demonstration followed by system hosting.
• End-to-end solutions integrating traditional private LAN-based business applications and ERP’s with public/semi-public Web-based front-ends using Windows DNA, COM/DCOM, Message Queuing, EDI and XML.
• Multimedia presentations, on-line training guides, Web pages with product information, and user basic packages created on CDs.
• Web-enabling toolset supporting rapid development and implementation of Web-based on-line transaction systems.
