Capabilities
DCCA provides a variety of infrastructure solutions that ensure secure and reliable communications for our customers. DCCA capabilities include:
- Design and implementation of secure networks using best practices to integrate layered security, utilizing virtual private networks, firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, enterprise patch management, and Anti-virus applications.
- Network design and management.
- System Administration support services for UNIX and Microsoft Windows environments.
- Asset and service management solutions including system administration, help desk, and desktop support services using automated tools.
Project Experience
Examples of DCCA Infrastructure Support experience include the following:
- Designing and developing the Information Assurance (IA) architecture for a seamless homeland security capability for the nation’s counter terrorism hub. This work includes evaluating technologies, computer network infrastructures, protocols, and configurations.
- Design, configuration and administration of a highly secured Web architecture for the Department of Defense.
- Network engineering solutions supporting the 30,000 users at the National Institute of Health (NIH).
