DCCA Achieves CMMI SVC Level 3 Rating
On August 8, 2017, the CMMI Institute formally appraised DCCA’s IT Service Management processes at Capability Maturity Model® Integration for Services (CMMI SVC) Level 3. This appraisal confirmed that DCCA is performing at a “defined” level, with well characterized and understood IT Service Management processes and procedures that are applied consistently on all projects. The achievement of this rating underlines DCCA’s focus on quality in service management and service delivery, and demonstrates our strong commitment to delivering superior products and services to our customers.
DCCA has a solid history of strong business processes based on industry best practices and quality-related credentials including ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 9001 certifications and a CMMI for Development (Level 4) rating.
